Delivery and Shipping
New Zealand Shipping Rates
At Morgan & Page we offer a flat rate of $10.00 shipping on all orders under $150 and free Shipping when you spend $150 and over (excluding sitewide sales). This is automatically applied at checkout.
Timing and Communication
We aim to send all orders within 24-48 hours of placement and you should receive your items within two to three working days after receiving your confirmation email. You will be sent any order status updates via email throughout the process.
Rural Delivery and Alternate Potential Delays
Please remember to allow extra time for rural deliveries across NZ and also bear in mind that deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays. If your order is placed after mid-day Friday and through the weekend it will be shipped on the following Monday.
Additional Information
All orders will arrive in 100% compostable bags.
We recommend using a delivery address which is secure and will have someone available to receive the package.

Exchanges and Returns
Proof of purchase is required
Exchanges or Store Credit are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in the same condition as they left the store. The original tags/labels must be attached. We are unable to accept returns of Accessories, Sunglasses, Jewelry and Sale items.
Store Credit notes are valid for 6 months from original date of issue.
If a garment has a major fault, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act
